Choosing a Service

What should I ask an IPTV provider before subscribing?

Before subscribing, ask questions that reveal what the service includes, whether it is authorized, and what happens if it does not work as expected. Save the answers and read the written terms; verbal assurances and promotional messages may not match the contract.

Questions about the service

  • Which channels, regions, languages and on-demand features are included in this exact plan?
  • Are you authorized to distribute this content in my country?
  • Which TV models, streaming devices, operating systems and player apps do you officially support?
  • Which playlist or login format do you provide, and is a separate player license required?
  • How many devices can be registered, and how many streams can play simultaneously?
  • Are catch-up, EPG, recording or subtitles supported, and are there channel-specific limitations?

Questions about performance and support

  • Is there an authorized trial or a short-term plan I can test first?
  • Where can I check maintenance notices or known outages?
  • What support hours and contact methods are available?
  • What troubleshooting information will support ask for, and how should I share it securely?

Do not send passwords or full playlist URLs in public forums. Legitimate support should not need you to publish account secrets.

Questions about price and privacy

  • What is the complete price, including taxes, activation and any app fees?
  • Does the plan auto-renew, at what price, and how do I cancel?
  • What are the written trial, refund and service-failure policies?
  • What personal data is collected, how is it protected, and how can I delete my account?
  • What payment methods are accepted, and will I receive a receipt?

Warning signs

Be cautious if the provider refuses to identify itself, cannot explain content rights, promises uninterrupted service without meaningful terms, pressures you into a long prepaid plan, or asks you to install unknown software.

A trustworthy decision is based on clear documentation, lawful content, verified compatibility and terms you can understand—not just a large catalogue or a low headline price.
