If the login option is unavailable
Check whether a supported player exists for your exact TV model. If not, a compatible external streaming device may be an alternative, but verify app and service compatibility before buying hardware.
If login fails, check the server address, spelling, account status, and simultaneous-stream limits. Contact the provider through its official support route if the details are correct but access still fails.
